Chance of success: 49%

Description: The Jorvik prospect is located in the Greater Luno area, immediately to the east of the Luno field, on the western margin of the now prolific Utsira High. The prospect essentially represents an easterly continuation of the Luno field play onto the margin of the Haugaland High. The principal risk is the presence of reservoir quality sediments.
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   BIOTITT PROSPECT

Country: Norway (Utsira High Area)

Licence: PL544

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 70%

Partners: Bayerngas 30%

Well name: TBA

Rig name: Bredford Dolphin

Net unrisked prospective resources: 87 MMboe

Chance of success: 29%

Description: The Biotitt prospect is located in the Greater Luno area, but is to the south of the Haugaland High area which has been the site of recent successes. The prospect is a well-defined four-way dip closed trap at Upper Jurassic sand level. Off-set wells prove the presence of excellent quality Upper Jurassic sands in the region. The main risks associated with the prospect concern the details of the charge and spill history. The structure has been drilled previously, by well 16/4-4, but this well stopped drilling above the present target - it found a 7 metre gas condensate column in the basal Palaeocene sands (Ty Formation).
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   OGNA PROSPECT

Country: Norway (Southern NCS Area)

Licence: PL453S

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 35%

Partners: Det Norsk 25%, Noreco 25%, VNG 15%

Well name: TBA

Rig name: Bredford Dolphin

Net unrisked prospective resources: 55 MMboe

Chance of success: 22%

Description: The Ogna prospect is located in the Norwegian Danish basin, some 50 kms to the east of the main Central Graben area. The prospect is a faulted anticline developed above a salt controlled high. The main target interval is the Upper and Middle Jurassic sand prone sequence, with secondary targets in the underlying Triassic and the overlying Cretaceous and Palaeocene. The principal uncertainties concern the presence and maturity of a suitable source rock and the reservoir quality of the target horizons. The closest existing infrastructure is the producing Ula field, some 70 kms to the southwest. However, Ogna is in relatively shallow-water (60 -70m) and therefore could be a stand-alone development.
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   CARLSBERG PROSPECT

Country: Norway (Southern NCS Area)

Licence: PL495

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 60%

Partners: Spring 40%

Well name: TBA

Rig name: Maersk Guardian

Net unrisked prospective resources: 40 MMboe (combined targets

Chance of success: 15% and 24% (2 targets)

Description: The Carlsberg prospect is located on the eastern margin of the Central Graben adjacent to the Jaeren High, some 20 kms to the north of the Lundin Brynhild field. The main risks are source / migration and reservoir quality. The prospective resource shown is an aggregate of the two levels.
APPRAISAL WELL SUMMARY   APOLLO DISCOVERY

Country: Norway (Utsira High Area)

Licence: PL338

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 50%

Partners: Wintershall 30%, RWE 20%

Well name: TBA

Rig name:
Transocean Winner

Description: The Apollo exploration well was drilled in Q4 2010, to the northwest of the Luno field. The aim was to investigate the possible extension of the Draupne field onto licence PL338. Although the Jurassic Draupne reservoir was encountered deep to prognosis and water bearing, oil was discovered in overlying sandstones at both Palaeocene and Cretaceous levels. An appraisal well is scheduled for 2012, but the precise location and objective is as yet not defined, pending the results of offset exploration drilling.
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   PULK PROSPECT

Country: Norway (Barents Sea Area)

Licence: PL533

Operator: ENI 40%

Partners:
Lundin Petroleum 20%, Det Norsk 20%, RWE 20%

Well name: TBA

Rig name:

Net unrisked prospective resources:
102 MMboe

Chance of success: 14% & 19% (2 targets)

Description: The Pulk prospect is located in the Barents Sea, on the western flank of the Loppa high. The prospect is a four-way dip closed anticline on the down-thrown side of a major fault, with volumes estimated at two different reservoirs - the Cretaceous Knurr formation and the Jurassic Sto formation. The main riskis the presence of oil beneath a gas cap. Most of the structure is mapped on licence PL533, but it does extend southwards onto the Lundin operated PL492.
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   CLAPTON PROSPECT

Country: Norway (Southern NCS Area)

Licence: PL440S

Operator: Faroe Petroleum 40%

Partners:
Lundin Petroleum 18%, Dana 20%, Det Norsk 10%, Noreco 10%

Well name: TBA

Rig name:
TBA

Net unrisked prospective resources:
12 MMboe

Chance of success: 29%

Description: The Clapton prospect is located on the eastern margin of the southern Central Graben, close to the Norway-Denmark international boundary. The prospect lies in a region of salt diapir development, with the large Eldfisk and Valhall fields both located within 10 kms. The play is an upper Chalk reservoir trapped in a circular dip closure against a salt piercement structure. Risks include reservoir quality of the Chalk targets, the detailed characteristics of the structure and the sealing capacity of the salt. A well on the crest of the structure found thin Chalk, probably detached from the marginal rim. An off-structure well found porous Chalk with oil shows.
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   TIGA PAPAN DISCOVERY

Country: Malaysia (Sabah Area)

Licence: SB307/308

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 42.5%

Partners: Nio Petroleum 42.5%, Petronas Carigali 15%

Well name: Tiga Papan-5

Rig name:
Offshore Courageous

Net unrisked prospective resources:
9 MMboe

Chance of success: 50%

Description: The Tiga Papan oil discovery is located in the northern part of offshore Block SB307/308. It is a faulted anticline on the down-thrown side of a major fault. The accumulation was discovered in 1982, and has since been drilled by three additional appraisal wells. The reservoir consists of variably calcareous and argillaceous sandstones developed within a number of apparent fault compartments. The discovery well was tested over three separate and different intervals, each yielding rates of 1750 to 2000 bopd. The plan is to drill an appraisal well into an eastern undrilled fault block to prove up sufficient resources to go ahead with a development. If successful, the well will be side-tracked into the fault block that contains the discovery well to further appraise this part of the volume.
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   BERANGAN PROSPECT

Country: Malaysia (Sabah Area)

Licence: SB303

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 75%

Partners: Petronas Carigali 25%,

Well name: Berangan-1

Rig name:
Offshore Courageous

Net unrisked prospective resources: 21 MMboe

Chance of success: 23%

Description: The prospect is a dip and fault closed structural trap at late Miocene level, containing sandstone reservoir potential. The seismic data show evidence of direct hydrocarbon indicators, which are conformable with the structure, giving support to the interpretation that it is hydrocarbon charged. The principal risk is hydrocarbon phase, as all discoveries on the block to date have been gas. However, the interpretation here is that this structure has been charged from a separate and shallower source area that is oil prone. The well is the third of three commitment wells on the block, the other two being gas discoveries made in 2011.
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   BESERAH PROSPECT

Country: Malaysia (Offshore Peninsular Malaysia)

Licence: PM308B

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 75%

Partners: Petronas Carigali 25%,

Well name: Beserah-1

Rig name: Offshore Courageous

Net unrisked prospective resources:
35 MMboe

Chance of success: 24%

Description: The Beserah prospect will be drilled in 2012 as the sole commitment well on this licence. The prospect is a faulted anticline above a basement high in an intra-rift setting. As such it has similarities with the Janglau-1 oil discovery drilled in late 2011. The reservoir targets are the Late Oligocene sandstones of the KLM section, sealed by overlying shales. Source is interpreted to be from lacustrine mudstones deeper in the intra-rift section. The prospect is relatively distant to surrounding discoveries, with the Rhu/Janglau discoveries and Bertam field 35 and 55 kms distant respectively. Following the drilling of the Janglau well, the key risk is considered to reservoir quality, with other risks associated with seal and source presence / quality.
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   TARGET C

Country: Malaysia (Offshore Peninsular Malaysia)

Licence: PM308A

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 35%

Partners: Petronas Carigali 25%, Nippon Oil & Gas 40%

Well name: TBA

Rig name: Offshore Courageous

Net unrisked prospective resources:
TBA

Chance of success: TBA

Description: The PM308A licence has two commitment wells outstanding, both of which will be drilled in the 2012 campaign. At present, the results of the Janglau-1 well are still being interpreted, and the results of this well have an important bearing on the location of the two remaining wells. A series of prospects have been worked up in different play settings. These will allow either further exploration of the Janglau play, or for different plays to be evaluated. Work is on-going.
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   TEMBAKAU

Country: Malaysia (Offshore Peninsular Malaysia)

Licence: PM307

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 75%

Partners: Petronas Carigali 25%

Well name: Tembakau-1

Rig name: Offshore Courageous

Net unrisked prospective resources:
TBA

Chance of success: TBA

Description: The PM307 licence has one outstanding commitment well remaining. This commitment will be fulfilled by completing Tembakau-1 in the 2012 drilling campaign. In 2011 a large 3D seismic survey was completed covering the Tenggol Arch, a major structural watershed between the Malay Basin and the Penyu Basin. The Tenggol Arch is interpreted to be a focus for hydrocarbon migration from both basins. In late 2011 Bertam-2 appraisal well was successfully drilled and tested on the Tenggol Arch and technical and commercial pre-development studies are underway. Tembakau-1 will test a further low-relief structure 50km north of Bertam. Additional prospects have been mapped within the Tenggol 3D area as follow-up potential to Bertam and Tembakau.
EXPLORATION WELL TEST   AMALTHEUS (PIERRE MORAINS) PROSPECT

Country: France (Pairis Basin)

Licence: Val des Marais

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 100%

Well name: Amaltheus-1

Rig name:
TBA

Net unrisked prospective resources:
2 MMboe

Chance of success: 50%

Description: The Amaltheus well will drill an extension to the Pierre Morains discovery. The original well was drilled in 1986. It encountered oil shows in the Dogger and Rhaetic. Although the production test in the Dogger flowed mostly water, some 9000 barrels of oil were produced from the Rhaetic at an average of around 20 bopd, before the well was shut-in in 1991 for economic reasons. Following seismic reprocessing and re-mapping, a new target has been identified up-dip of the original well location at Rhaetic level. The Dogger represents upside potential and is not included in the base case prospect volume. The main risks are related to structure definition on the 2D seismic data and uncertainties in reservoir quality of the Rhaetic reservoir.
EXPLORATION WELL TEST   CONTAULT PROSPECT

Country: France (Paris Basin)

Licence: Est Champagne

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 100%

Well name: Arietites-1

Rig name:
TBA

Net unrisked prospective resources:
9 MMboe

Chance of success: 27%

Description: The Contault structure is located in the large Est Champagne licence, the most easterly of Lundins' Paris Basin blocks. As such it is located to the east of Lundins' current Rhaetic production, being some 30 kms to the northeast of the Courdemanges field. The structure is a fault and dip closed trap based on 2D seismic data at Rhaetic level. The main uncertainty is oil migration, as the structure is close to the limit of mature source rock, with lesser risks concerning seal and reservoir quality. If successful, two further prospects have been identified along the same trend, which could be drilled in 2013.
EXPLORATION WELL SUMMARY   JUKSA PROSPECT

Country: Norway

Licence: PL490

Operator: Lundin Petroleum 60%

Partners:
Noreco 20%, Spring Energy 20%

Well name: TBA

Net unrisked prospective resources:
